This Cava has been elaborated by the traditional method, through a second fermentation that takes place in the bottle. Its quality is the result of a selection of the best grapes Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada.
Pale yellow color, bright and with fine small size bubbles. Good aromatic intensity, clean, fresh, and fruity. Appropriate to accompany all kinds of meals.
